Allies Security Services Pty Ltd (RTO code 91298), is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) through the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), conducting fully-accredited, nationally-recognised Security Training courses. We have also been approved by the Security Licensing Enforcement Directorate (SLED) to conduct Security Training in NSW.
 

Allies Security Services has been involved in the Security Industry since 2001, offering services in various security industry segments. During this period we have identified the needs and requirements of industry stakeholders. We have built strategic partnerships with other service providers in the industry as well as working closely with regulators to ensure that our clients are getting quality services according to the standards set by the industry regulators and stakeholders.

Our team of highly skilled trainers and assessors all have extensive experience in vocational education, as well as valuable experience within the security industry. Futhermore they have excellent interpersonal communication skills to engage trainees at a high level. Professional Trainers and Assessors

Our Trainers and Assessors have extensive experience in their respective Industry Sectors, as well as in Vocational Education and Training. They have gone through a very strict recruitment process to ensure that they meet our high standards. Our Staff regularly undergo Professional Development Activities to keep them up to date with Industry changes, and to ensure quality training and assessment.

Our personnel are familiar with cultural diversity and are committed to the principles of access and equity. Our staff are very approachable and capable of addressing individual’s needs.

Our experienced trainers and assessors are selected by a strict recruitment process and are determined to offer quality training and assessment to all trainees. They are also approved by the NSW Police, (Security Licensing & Enforcement Directorate) which is the Security Industry regulator.

Allies Security trainer assessors are licensed security industry consultants, former police officers of NSW, and employers they will train in the following topics:

  • Security industry concepts and all the relevant legislations
  • Risk Management, systematic threat identification, analysis and management procedures
  • The Science behind verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Communicating with industry stakeholders verbally and in writing i.e. to NSW Police and necessary writing skills for legal purposes
  • Basic concept of fear management and how to deal with aggressive behaviour 
  • Strategies for career development in the security industry
  • Key concepts that would enable you to exceed the expectations of industry stakeholders
  • Detailed discussions of topics that give you the confidence to be fully prepaid for any challenges within the capacity of your job role and licence category

We are close to public transport and other amenities. Our fully equipped Training Centre is centrally located at:

Level 1, 34C Fitzroy Street, Marrickville. 

For those catching public transport, this is only a 5 minute walk from Sydenham Train Station.

For those driving, we are just off Sydenham Road, and our street has all day parking without time restrictions.
